- Manage and resolve Incidents/Requests
- Manage User accounts and permissions
- Provide guidance and training to Regional Module Leaders and Key Users
- Create User instructions
Your profile
- Understanding of ERP and CRM processes
- Skills in implementing/supporting ERP and CRM systems
- Skills in data manipulation, creating and maintaining reports.
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate business rules, requirements, processes and information relating to efficiency and effectiveness of the business application.
